Postage and dispatch

Q. How quickly will you process my order?

A. Once we have received your payment, your small wind turbine will be posted out to you within seven days.

Q. What countries do you ship to?

A. We can ship your small wind turbine safely and efficiently to any country in the world!

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Demand for our small wind turbine device is currently very high, and so we do ask buyers to allow up to two to four weeks for delivery, although we will of course try to get the device to you as soon as possible. Please take into account public holidays and adverse weather conditions in your region too!

Q. Where will my order be shipped from?

A. In order to fulfil the requests of customers worldwide, we have several international shipping hubs and fulfilment centres all over the world to allow us to send out your product as quickly as possible.

Q. Which courier firm will bring my delivery?

A. Orders within the continental USA will ship via USPS, whilst international orders will be delivered by a reputable local courier company in your regio

Q. Do I need to wait at home for my delivery?

A. Your package will not require a signature, and may well fit through your mailbox. However, if your package is too large for your mailbox, your delivery can be received by any person in your home. If nobody is available to take delivery, your courier will leave you a message slip with instructions to arrange collection or redelivery with the courier firm directly.

Payment methods and platforms

Q. What payment platform will be used to process my order?

A. We work with both PayPal and Stripe via Shopify Payments, and you will be given the option to choose your secure payment platform at the checkout.

Q. How do you ensure the security of my financial information?

A. We take the security of our customers and their financial information very seriously, and use SSL technology via our HTTPS gateway to protect your personal information. Your credit card details and payment information are fully encrypted and used only to process your order, and are not retained afterwards.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We take payments via PayPal or Stripe via Shopify Payments, and you can use your existing account with either of these platforms or simply check out as a guest using your MasterCard, Visa or American Express card.

Q. Will I receive confirmation of my payment and order?

A. We will automatically send out confirmation of your order to the email address you supply-if you have not received our email, please check your “spam” or “junk” folders.

Aftersales and returns policy

Q. Can I cancel after purchase?

A. You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of your payment; please contact us and provide a reason for the cancellation. Unfortunately, after the initial 24-hour window has passed, we will not be able to cancel an order as processing and dispatch will already have begun.

Q. I need to change my order or shipping details. What should I do?

A. If you need to amend your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering, as we cannot change or alter your order once it has been dispatched.

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. You have thirty days from the date that you receive your product to request a refund or replacement; unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange after thirty days have elapsed. In order to arrange a return, your device must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Please contact us before returning your device in order to ensure that we can process your refund or exchange quickly. Additionally, please note that return shipping must be paid by the buyer.

Q. What if my item is faulty or has been damaged in transit?

A. All of our devices go through our rigorous quality control checks before shipping, but occasionally problems do arise, or your parcel may become damaged in transit. If your device is faulty or has been damaged in the mail, we provide a 100% money back guarantee. Please contact us (along with a photograph of the problem, if possible) to arrange an exchange or refund. You will also be asked to return your item for inspection by our quality control team.

Q. What should I do if my item does not arrive?

A. If you still have not received your order sixty days after purchase, please let us know and we will of course arrange a full refund or promptly shipped replacement device.

Is the small wind turbine actually functional?

A. Yes! The small wind turbine is not an ornament or simply designed to be looked at rather than used-it is a fully functional device designed to demonstrate how quick, efficient and beautifully simplistic the free power of the wind is, and how we can use it.

Q. How is the device powered?

A. The small wind turbine does not need batteries, mains power or any other form of finite energy resource in order to work-it simply needs a little bit of wind, such as a light breeze or even a puff of breath. Forget about battery operated gimmicks and devices that may seem inexpensive to buy, but are costly to run-the small wind turbine’s operation is 100% free, because it makes use of the zero energy resource of the wind.

Q. How can I be sure it is working?

A. As soon as wind or moving air hits the blades of the turbine and sets them turning, the device is generating electricity for you! You can see the results of this in action, because the small wind turbine activates coloured LED lights that light up when the device under load.

Q. Does the device require any tools or assembly?

A. The small wind turbine is ready to use virtually straight out of the box-you simply need to slot the fan at the top of the unit onto the stand. Zero tools or specialist assembly instructions are required-plus, the device can be broken back down into two parts for easy storage.
